13 Moons Blood Mysteries honour and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live, work, and gather. We pay our deep respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present and emerging, and to all First Nations people whose sovereignty was never ceded. We honour the unbroken lineage of care, wisdom and ceremony that has been held on this land for tens of thousands of years.
We recognise the deep, living connection between Country, body, spirit and story—and give thanks for the custodianship, resilience and strength of First Nations communities, especially the women and birthing people whose sacred knowledge continues to guide and inspire.
May our work always listen to the land and be in service to healing, truth-telling and deeper belonging.
About 13 Moons Blood Mysteries Women's Work
The 13 Blood Moons invites a daily embodied practice of reverence, noticing and honouring the body. It is a womb, Earth and heart centred practice that evolved by sitting in circle for a whole year with a group of women on the land. During the first round of 13 Moons on the unceded Lands of the Wurrundjeri-Woiworrung People in the early 2000's a theme for each moon revealed itself, one circle at a time and this formed the foundation for the subsequent rounds of 13 Moons.
Each Moon has a different flavour and invites each woman to listen to her womb, and invite heartful presence whilst cultivating an Embodied Connection between Woman, Moon and Earth slowly and steadily over time. It’s both an act of self love and of love for the Earth and for humanity. It’s an opportunity to receive whatever wisdom your body reveals to you and attune to higher guidance that comes from within when you cultivate your relationship with the Earth. It's an opportunity to bring meaningful ritual to your life.

At 13 Moons Blood Mysteries, our vision is to create a supportive and empowering space for women to deepen their spiritual practice, cultivate self-awareness, and foster connections with the Earth and experience a deep sense of Sisterhood.
