Mayan Dreamspell Embodiment Class

Rhythms & Cycles are my jam. I love the Mayan Dreamspell Count & how it orients my body and being to cycles of nature & our galactic origins.  I've followed it for years & have found my way into its rhythm has been to practice embodied movements daily and get a felt sense of this cosmic calendar. 

Since my bleeding cycles shifted in peri menopause and now beyond and my body no longer orients to the Moon and I have so enjoyed feeling and learning more about this magical 13:20 count by how it moves through my body. 13 is a magical number with 13 Moons in a Solar year and the 13 long being associated with the feminine principle and energies of Creation. 

Each wavespell is 13 days and they connect to the 20 Solar Seals (archetypal energies).
